When does activation start?
Activation starts after your request and payment details are confirmed by the team.
How long does activation usually take?
Timing can vary depending on request volume and confirmation details. If you have already sent payment or a trial request, include when you sent it and how you contacted us.
Do IPTV apps include channels?
No. IPTV apps are media players only. They do not include channels, movies, or series by themselves. You need access details from your IPTV provider to watch content.
Why are my access details not working?
Check that the URL, username, password, or playlist link is copied exactly as provided. Extra spaces, missing characters, or switching between http and https can prevent login. If it still fails, message support with your device, IPTV app, and a screenshot if possible.
